Frequently Asked Questions

Lína supports Fountain (.fountain), Final Draft (.fdx), and plain text (.txt) screenplay files. You can also write directly in Lína's built-in screenplay editor. We recommend Fountain or FDX format for the most accurate parsing of scene headings, characters, dialogue, and action lines.

Team collaboration is available on the Pro plan. This allows multiple users to work on the same project simultaneously with role-based access controls.

Lína uses an industry-standard stripboard format. Each scene appears as a color-coded strip that you can drag and drop into your preferred shooting order. Add day breaks, meal breaks, and notes to build out your full shooting schedule. A complexity score helps you balance workload across days.

Yes. Call sheets can be exported as PDFs, and cast & crew lists support CSV import and export. We're continuing to add export options across the platform.

During the open beta, all accounts have full access at no cost. Once we launch, Lína will offer a free Education tier for students with .edu email addresses, plus affordable Indie and Pro plans.
