The Story
Lína was born out of frustration. The established production management tools charge hundreds of dollars per year, run on outdated interfaces, and are built for studio workflows with layers of overhead. The budget-friendly alternatives are either stripped down to the point of being useless, or try to bolt AI onto everything and end up doing nothing particularly well.
If you're an indie filmmaker or a film student, your options have been: pay more than your entire production budget for software, or cobble together a workflow from Google Sheets, free PDF templates, and hope.
We built Lína to be the tool we wished existed — a modern, connected platform where the screenplay sits at the center and every tool shares data.
